Rainbow Brite

Perhaps one of the most fondly remembered television animated series is "Rainbow Brite", again animated by Toei Animation for DIC Studios. Despite it's popularity, Rainbow Brite aired for a short 13-episode season, followed by a full-length feature "Rainbow Brite and the Stear Stealer", produced by Warner Bros Animation. Toei and Warner Bros brought many of their best artistic talents to the project and achieved a memorable example of eighties storytelling.
